Improved Functional Vision


The chromatic aberration effect cannot be seen on standard MTF (Modular Transfer Function) plots which are based on monochromatic light, and requires a polychromatic measurement representing a functional vision quality achieved with the lens.


Extended Depth of Field


Prevention of white light dispersion into its colored components increases the quality of focus projected on the retina.
This effect attributes an extended depth of field, achieving large pseudo-accommodative range for functional activities at any distance.
