APACRS 2026 in Pattaya, Thailand, brought together ophthalmologists from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond for three days of scientific exchange, education, and discussion on the latest advances in cataract and refractive surgery.
At the Hanita Lenses booth, visitors explored the company’s complete intraocular lens (IOL) portfolio, including Intensity®, Extend™, FullRange™, and SeeLens™ HP, while engaging with the team on clinical experience, patient expectations, and evolving approaches to premium cataract surgery.
A key highlight of the exhibition was a series of JETT® live demonstrations led by Dr. Vicente Rodríguez, Global Medical Director of JETT Devices. The sessions introduced attendees to JETT® technology for the treatment of dry eye disease and highlighted the importance of ocular surface optimization in maximizing visual outcomes following premium IOL implantation, particularly with multifocal lenses such as the Intensity® Pentafocal IOL.
The congress also provided an opportunity for scientific and technical discussions with Prof. Dr. med. Gerd U. Auffarth, who joined the Hanita Lenses team to exchange perspectives on intraocular lens technology, optical innovation, and injector design.
